About This Scholarship
The High Fliers Undergraduate Scholarships for Middle East & North Africa are prestigious awards offered by the University of Birmingham for high-achieving students entering an undergraduate program in September 2026. The scholarship provides a tuition fee discount of £5,000 for the first year of study.
These joint awards are offered in partnership with local representatives in the Middle East and North Africa. Selection is highly competitive and primarily based on academic merit. Interested students must secure an offer of admission, select Birmingham as their firm choice, and apply via one of the designated local agent representatives before the deadline.

Benefits & Coverage
✔️ Financial award of £5,000 towards first-year tuition fees.
Eligibility Requirements
✔️ Must be domiciled in one of the eligible countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE.
✔️ Must have received an offer and selected the University of Birmingham as their firm choice for a full-time undergraduate programme starting September 2026.
✔️ Must be entering the first year of an undergraduate programme based at Birmingham’s UK campus (Edgbaston).
✔️ Must meet all academic conditions of their offer.
✔️ Must be classed as an overseas fee payer for tuition purposes.
✔️ Must have sufficient funds to cover living expenses and visa/travel costs.
✔️ Must register and apply through one of the university's approved local representatives by the deadline.
✔️ Students applying to MBChB Medicine and Surgery or BDS Dental Surgery are not eligible.
