Eligibility Requirements
✔️ Must be a resident and employee of a university or research institute in the Global South
✔️ Possession of a PhD or equivalent research degree at the time of application
✔️ Demonstrated track record of research excellence and academic productivity
✔️ Must have identified and secured support from a host academic at Birmingham
✔️ Proficiency in the English language to ensure effective academic communication
